Joe Bennett

Joe is a longstanding leader in the terminal operations industry and currently leads the First Coast Terminals team.  A proven leader adept at developing and implementing sustainable growth programs and change management systems, his role is to also build strong and lasting relationships with customers, employees, vendors and external agencies.

Joe previously worked with the TOTE Maritime Puerto Rico organization where he was awarded with the 2019 President’s Award Innovation in Safety by TOTE’s parent organization, Saltchuk.

His years with the United States Marine Corps taught him the benefits of effective communication and people management skills when encouraging and implementing change.

Joe makes Jacksonville his home where he lives with his wife and children.
